The ideal candidate will possess an associate's or bachelor's degree, current Texas EMTP certification, all NIMS certificates, ACLS, PALS, BCLS, PHTLS, five+ years EMS supervisory experience overseeing complex EMS and business organizations with 50+ employees, commitment to earn the respect of staff, strive for excellence in customer and employee service, safety and leadership, computer proficiency, public speaking and presentation skills.
